Then this beautiful corner apartment 'Mare Mara' is definitely something for you. This holiday apartment is suitable for 6 people and is therefore the ideal place for a family holiday. Located in a small residence, the apartment has a very sunny living space with large windows, and an open plan fitted kitchen, including dishwasher. Because the apartment is located on a corner, there are 2 terraces, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. In addition, you have a beautiful sea view from 1 of the terraces. The apartment is located near the beach, in the authentic and quiet Groenendijk, but also a stone's throw from the lively Nieuwpoort-Bad with its shops and restaurants, a prime location! With three spacious bedrooms, two of which have a sea view, a bath and shower room, there is plenty of space for a wonderful stay. Everything is also provided for the smallest holiday guests: a baby cot, high chair, children's crockery and a potty are available. This way you don't have to carry it with you. For rainy days or cozy evenings inside, books, DVDs and digital TV are available. Beach toys are provided for the little ones. This holiday home is mainly intended to accommodate family groups. Non-family groups can still be accepted, subject to the agreement of the owner and a possible increase in the deposit. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties... is prohibited.
