The Space:
Thanks to the large windows in the living area with open kitchen, you are immediately treated to a sideways sea view! The living room and kitchen are spacious and offer an attached terrace on each side where you can immediately enjoy the tranquility, the sea, the sun and the view! You get the spectacular sunsets for free. The kitchen is fully equipped and the cooking island is the place to quietly enjoy a hot coffee or an aperitif. The rooms feature designer furniture and a soothing color palette of soft tones was chosen.

Rêve des Dunes is a three-bedroom apartment that can accommodate 8 people. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Upon arrival, the beds are already made for you and bath towels are provided in the bathrooms.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms. One of the double rooms has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. The other bathroom also has a walk-in shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet.

Because of its proximity to the wild dunes, Rêve des Dunes is perfect for those who want to combine the beauty of nature with the utmost comfort, luxury and tranquility. Furthermore, Rêve des Dunes offers free wifi and you don't have to worry about parking your car either; you can use the private underground garage box during your stay.

Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
