Cozy 2-room non-smoking vacation apartment, approx. 60 square meters, in Kollmar (Steinburg district) for 1–3 people. The apartment consists of: a living room with a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 140x200 cm) and a TV.
A bedroom with a futon bed (sleeping area 140x200 cm), a kitchen with a microwave, cooking facilities, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker.
A bathroom with a shower and a guest restroom.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and exterior roller shutters.
Towels and bed linens are provided and are changed weekly for longer-term rentals.
The apartment includes a private parking space and a small terrace with patio furniture.The apartment has a separate outside entrance.
The apartment is located on the first floor of our residential building.
We live on the upper floor with two dogs, so you should expect everyday noises such as footsteps and barking.
We love animals, but because of our dogs, we cannot allow guests to bring their own pets.
Kollmar is a small village on the Elbe River.Elmshorn and Glückstadt are easily accessible by car or bus.
The Elbe Cycle Route is right nearby and is perfect for relaxing bike rides.
Vacationers, workers on business, cyclists, and hikers are all warmly welcome here, even if it’s just for one night or a weekend.
