Da die Check-In-Informationen auch am Vortag der Anreise nicht mitgeteilt wurden, bedurfte es einer Einschaltung des Fewo-Kundenservices.Leider funktionierte dann auch der Schlüsselcode nicht, da der Gastgeber diesen umgestellt hatte.
