“This is a condo property located in a good spot in Poipu. The unit had everything we needed, washer and dryer and kitchen stocked with pots, pans etc. the pool area provides a great view of the ocean. The pool itself is average. Our unit could use new carpet and screen door. Good property for those who want to avoid the large and loud resorts. ”

Ground floor was great for my parents who are in their 70s. House had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and make snacks / lunches for our day trips to the beach which is a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again with a group this size versus multiple hotel rooms. Mahalo!”

“This little condo has surprisingly LOTS of space to unwind and feel comfortable while planning out your adventures for the day in paradise! We loved the roomy bathroom and invigorating shower, the large comfy bed, the relaxing living room AND the tiny, but thoroughly relaxing porch for two overlooking the grounds and the soothing waves crashing right across the road. Absolutely beautiful spot and a real bargain for the money!”

It was clean, well maintained and convenient. The A/C was amazing on hot nights! “Property was very clean, spacious, and has a great layout. The remodeled bathrooms and kitchen were very nice - sometimes a rental sometimes feels “cheap”, this was very much the opposite. My family loved using the amenities such as boogie boards, snorkeling gear and beach chairs. Great views, my wife and I loved just staring at the ocean from the balcony. Would absolutely go back to this property if we revisited Kauai! Cheers!”

“Although the condo was a bit dated, the location and views from the lanai were tremendous. We took long walks in both directions along the coast. Fantastic! Pool area was very nice and not crowded. Great spot to read and watch sea turtles. We saw countless whales about 1/2 mile offshore. Property manager was excellent and when we asked for some cleaning supplies because we had none to start - housekeeping delivered with everything we needed.”

“The condo is beautiful. The views are incredible. We watched the turtles feom a balcony. The sound of the surf was a great way to wind down after a day full of excursions. It's 30 minutes from pretty much every where you want to go on the island. We would stay here again!”

“Communication was excellent and the location was nice along a coastal walk. The winds in the area create a dusty film on the windows and at present (April 2024) the views don’t look like the photo. There is active construction going on (as mentioned in listing but not shown) so you see see buildings going up between you and the ocean.”

Would on have to turn my head to watch the moon set on the ocean while laying on the bed. If I were to suggest something, I would say: 1. Your place is so spectacular that I would suggest a light remodeling if you can. 2. I would not keep old food in the fridge from previous gets. Some dry spices at the cabinetry only. 3. “This condo was perfect. We had everything we needed. Bed was very comfy. Kitchen was great. Lanai is big and we enjoyed eating out there and listening to the birds early am. Shopping across the street was easy and convenient and walkable. Parking was super easy and convenient and at no extra charge. Definitely would come back and recommend. Mahalo🌈”
