  • Wake up to ocean views and enjoy the best of Poipu from this spacious private home in Bayview at Poipu Kai. With three king bedrooms, air conditioning, multiple lanais and an unbeatable location near Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt Kauai, this is an ideal home base for families and friends exploring Kauai’s sunny South Shore.

    Set within the beautiful Poipu Kai Resort community, our approximately 1,800-square-foot, two-story home combines the privacy and space of a house with access to resort amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and landscaped greenbelt walking paths leading toward some of Poipu’s favorite beaches.
    THE HOME

    Designed for comfortable island living, the home features an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and inviting indoor-outdoor spaces where you can relax after a day at the beach.

    Step outside with your morning coffee, enjoy the tropical surroundings and ocean views, or unwind in the evening after exploring Kauai.

    Air conditioning and ceiling fans help keep the home comfortable year-round.

    One of our favorite features of the home is that every bedroom has a king-size bed.

    Spend the morning at the beach, walk the coastline, explore nearby trails or head out for dinner without having to travel far from home.

Beautiful home in an amazing setting! House was immaculate and had everything we needed for kitchen, bath, and laundry. Beds were very comfortable, and A/C was excellent. We loved the view of the palm trees and ocean, and being able to walk to the beach, pool, and Māhā'ulepū Heritage Trail. Location was very convenient to restaurants, shops, and many outdoor activities. Hope we can come back one day!

VRBOOur family of 4 spent a week in this beautiful home for spring break. The layout was ideal as the kids both had rooms with big comfy beds and a bathroom to share downstairs. The laundry saved us a ton of packing. The living space upstairs was spacious and great for nights in and the kitchen had everything we needed to do simple meals or elaborate feasts. The porch off the living room was a great way to start the day sipping coffee and listening to the roosters brought us back to the days we lived in Hawaii years ago. The master was huge and we had space to workout and stretch after morning runs. A small storage room had lots of beach towels and chairs which made beach days easy. Trails that lead from the neighborhood cul-de-sacs to the shoreline were beautiful and gave us the option of walking or driving to nearby beaches. We’d definitely rebook this location.
