Lusso Poipu 4br Villa con AC Walk to the Beach! (224)

Godetevi una villa climatizzata di 1914 metri quadrati, arredata con un arredamento confortevole e tropicale. La posizione è perfetta. In meno di dieci minuti attraverso una cintura verde sei sulla spiaggia di Poipu. La cucina di famiglia è completamente rinnovata e il soggiorno dispone di soffici divani perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una dura giornata di escursioni a Mahalephu o Kokee. La master suite è enorme con un bagno stupendo dove ci si può concedere un bagno rilassante dopo una giornata piena di divertimento in spiaggia. Ci sono anche altre tre camere da letto che offrono paradisi privati per tutti gli altri di diffondersi e avere il proprio spazio. Il Regency è a pochi passi dalla famosa spiaggia di Brennecke. La tua villa si trova anche nelle immediate vicinanze di negozi, ristoranti e l'eccitante vita notturna di Poipu. Siamo lieti di ospitarvi al Poipu Kai Resort! (La quarta camera è in stile loft)

Avrai anche accesso alla piscina della comunità Poipu Kai situata accanto a Kalapaki Joes, così come ai campi da tennis della comunità, ecc. NOTARE CHE!! La piscina della comunità e la vasca idromassaggio sono programmate chiuse dal 29 aprile al 15 settembre 2019 per il progetto di rifacimento / rifacimento dell'HOA. This home is lovely and close to Poipu Beach. The management team was responsive and readily shared information. Please note that this home is a second floor home, meaning you must go up two flights of stairs (about 15 total) to enter the home. This caught me off-guard because the home is listed as accessible. It worked out fine for my partner (who has accessibility issues), but someone in a wheelchair would likely have trouble accessing this home.

Perfect home in a perfect location

We loved our stay here. The location is close to multiple beaches that can entertain any age group. The only thing I would say is that the parking is not great and ony one car is allowed in a pretty tight space. The manager of the property checked in to make sure things were going well and the house was generously stocked especially with anything you might need for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family trip

The property was just as advertised, wonderfully close to the beach and easy to navigate. Compared to other rental properties I have stayed in, it was extremely clean. The property managers are very quick to respond to any questions, even over email. The check in/out process is very easy as they provide a lot of explanation. I will note that the parking for this unit is in the corner of the lot, something to consider if you have a very large rental vehicle. We had a Jeep and did not have any issues. The condo is very well stocked with any cooking utensils/pots/pans you may need and includes ample beach accessories as well. The balcony area stays nice and cool during the day due to the shade despite the hot temperatures outside. Overall we had a wonderful stay and it was a great place for our older and younger relatives.

Worked perfectly for our family

The property was located in an area close to shopping, food and beaches in Poipu. It was clean and appears like the pictures. We did have trouble figuring out the tv (remote didn’t work) but we didn’t miss it…we were out and about most of the time and in Kauai! It worked perfectly for our family of 8.

Pleasant and convenient to many tourist destinations.As the oldest in the group, I managed the stairs, both entry and interior stairs, carefully. Maybe they should be mentioned in the description.

A nice place to stay. Good access to the beach and pool. It does need updating as the cabinets, shower and living room needs work. It has nice walking areas close to the condo.

Perfect for families

Our visit included my husband and I, our oldest daughter and son-in-law and our 1 yr old grandson, and our two teenage daughters. The villa was spacious and perfect for our needs. The balconies are perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. The kitchen had everything we needed for in house meals. Location was perfect, close to beaches and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location great. Accommodations were just okay. Maintenance person just walked in one day without knocking or inquiring if anyone was in the unit. Caught our grandaughter off guard. Had to call maint several times to remedy slow draining of tub in upper level. Same with toilet. We ended up having to take a plunger to it several times. Stairwell going up to the unit was not clean when we arrived and stayed that way until we left. Great unit with good amenities but the cleanliness of the area left something to be desired.

Lovely family friendly rental

Our spacious rental was perfect for our family and walking distance to the beach. The location was convenient to many activities on the island, shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay here again in the future. Aloha and mahalo for the memories!

Amazing Poipu Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this amazing condo. We were a group of 8 adults, there was room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the 9 nights that we stayed. Communication with the property manager was excellent, they were quick to respond to all of our questions. The condo is located on the Greenbelt, a short walk to several wonderful beaches. There is also a great pool and hot tub available for guests use. There is a grill located right downstairs from the condo, we used it for several dinners. The grill is cleaned/serviced daily by the condo association's maintenance crew. We will definitely plan to stay in this condo again the next time we plan a trip to Kauai.

Family of 8

Great location! We enjoyed our stay! Having the barbecue at the bottom of the staircase was so nice, we grilled many dinners. Access to the pool was fabulous and needed for those that don't really enjoy the sandy beaches. It was great to have beach chairs and a couple of boogie boards provided during the stay. For future guests who are bringing young children, I might suggest providing a fold-up wagon for ease of transporting beach chairs, boards and other necessities for the walk to the beach. I imagine this would be SO appreciated by your guests. We would definitely rent again. Mahalo!

Convenient and Quite Location

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here in Poipu. The condo was well equipped for our family. We enjoyed morning walks to several close by beaches and found the location central to our daily island explorations.

Relaxing!

Our family of 8 had plenty of room and the proximity to the beach was amazing. It was a little confusing determining which pools were part of which complex, but that was a minor factor.

Great location. We walked to the beach every morning.

We have stayed in the Poipu Kai area many times. We love the location to the beach. There is a long green belt with a path which makes the morning walk to the beach very pleasant. We will continue to stay in this area whenever we visit the "Garden Island".

Incredible all the way around!

We loved every second of our stay! The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk down to the beach to snorkel, boogie board, visit the turtles who came up to rest on the sand, and we loved the seal who was sleeping on the beach too! The condo had everything we could need and more. We enjoyed cooking and eating the fresh tuna from out fishing excursion with Apex Charters. The kitchen had everything we needed (except maybe a non stick frying pan). The beds were comfortable and the lanai was so relaxing. We would highly recommend this condo and plan to come back again!
