Questa casa di nuova costruzione è una vera gemma. Si trova all'interno di Poipu Beach Estates, uno dei quartieri più esclusivi di Poipu, situato nel cuore di Poipu. Questa casa dispone di un ampio piano piano aperto con un lanai coperto. La cucina scorre senza soluzione di continuità nella zona giorno creando il luogo ideale per raccogliere e "raccontare storie". Tutte le camere da letto di questa casa dispongono di bagno privato con doppio lavandino. La spaziosa camera da letto principale si trova al piano principale. Ha una vasca indipendente e una doccia esterna. Una delle camere da letto al piano superiore ha un letto queen size e l'altra ha letti a castello composto da due letti matrimoniali e due letti singoli. Questo è un posto perfetto per i membri più giovani del tuo gruppo in ritiro. Si godranno anche l'area TV al piano superiore, che si trova tra le due camere da letto. Doesn't get better than this

Only problem with our stay is now we are completely spoiled for any future rentals. The house is stunning and welcoming, kids (and adults) loved the pool. Property management company went above and beyond with the little touches. Everything was perfect.

Christmas 2023

We came to Kauai after a 20 year absence and could not have pu is a better place to stay for our family. Not only was the home gorgeous, clean, spacious, etc. but it was laid out perfectly for a family of 10. (8 are 27-20). Everything from the deck, yard, pool, proximity to the ocean was SPOT ON!! We sincerely thank you for opening up your home to us!!

Absolute Perfection!!!!

We will be back to Kauai just so we can stay in this house again!!! It is so private and serene - a true oasis. Walking distance to shops and ice cream. Amazing pool and jacuzzi - our 4 and 3 year olds wanted to swim in the pool the entire trip - they preferred the pool over the beach and resort pools!!!! Communication with property management was excellent - super quick responses and so helpful!! Thank you so much! We had a fabulous experience.

PERFECT PARIDISE

This was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was great in order to escape and relax. After a long day of adventures, the retreat at Poipu was exactly what our bodies needed. The full kitchen allowed for us to eat at our convenience and cook any, all meals that we wanted.

This home is lovely. We had a wonderful time. The water features were a big hit.

A couple of issues...no hot water to the kitchen sink all week was a cleaning challenge, the pump to the pool made a great deal of noise in the master bedroom and house, not good cleaning devices available and main sofa very uncomfortable and needs replacing. For the cost of this rental...these things need to be addressed. We did have a good time and loved the peace and quiet at this location. Thank you.

Comfortable and Beautiful

Excellent location. Close to the beach and shopping and dining. Quiet neighborhood. The pool and hut tub were perfect for hanging around the house. Excellent communication with the property manager. We had everything we needed and wanted in our vacation home.

This was a fantastic place for a family. It could not have been better

This was perfect for a mix of adults and kids. The pool and hot tub was good for all of us. We saved money by cooking at home, but we still had good restaurants close. The VRBO office manager, Jessica, helped us from start to finish and could not have been better. We would go do it again in a heartbeat.

Exceeded expectations

The vacation home is more spacious than shown. The lanais are huge the kitchen was well equipped. The pool is salt water. I wouldn’t take toddlers-too many steps and very deep pool.

Annual Family Vacation

First time visiting the island of Kauai and decided to choose this property. The home is beautiful and located in a really nice neighborhood. Large master bedroom located in the main floor and two additional rooms upstairs with en-suite bathrooms. Walking distance to local restaurants, stores and coffee shop. Property Manager is great. She is extremely kind, helpful and trustworthy. We forgot something in the home and were able to retrieve it within a few hours of leaving the property. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great house! Highly recommend!

We are a family of six (2 adults and 4 kids all under 12 years old). We travel a lot and many times in Hawaii and Kauai. We had excellent communication with the property manager Jessica before and during our stay. She knew we were landing well before check in time. She gave us great updates on when the house would be ready. When we got in the house, we were greeted with the wonderful trade winds flowing through the house and Hawaiian music planting throughout the house. We truly felt like we were finally in Hawaii. The home is large and modern. All three bedrooms worked great for us. The kids loved the bunk bed room. I mean loved. Who wouldn’t love those cool bunk bed stairs? All the bathrooms are wonderful. Loved the big towels and there were plenty of them. The Sonos sound system is amazing. Recommend downloading the app so you can control the music in different rooms. The downstairs lanai is wonderful. There is nothing but open land on the one side. We would sit in the chairs and watch the clouds fly by from the trade winds. At night you have a huge view of the stars. I miss it. Pool is smalish but works great for cooling off. We used the hot tub more, which we didn't realize it had until we got there. Only areas of suggestions for the house: an outdoor table would be really nice to eat at instead of balancing plates on lap or coffee table. The home could use a few more pieces of Hawaiian decor. Not sure if it was due to covid but basic cooking staples would be nice, spices and oil, etc. We will stay here again for sure.

Perfect Family Stay!

I cannot imagine a better property to have booked to celebrate our parent's 50th anniversary, and their first stay in Kauai! The location, pool, easy access to Poipu beaches, dining, and quiet location made it such an amazing stay. Jessica was so helpful communicating with us. We hope to be back again someday!

Fabulous home and vacay!

Great location. Beautiful property. They truly make it feel like a vacation. Even needed something fixed and it was done within hours. The neighbor behind did yell at our kids once for being too loud but out of 6 days we just made sure the kids were aware of their volume and had no issues after! We will be back!

Great house expect...

We chose this location for our wedding (8 adults) because it was spacious and we initially though that neighbors werent going to be close by. The house was cleanish, the sound system was amazing, the design was perfect. However, when we got here the noticed that there was some left there underwear in the grass back yard, probably from the last visit, and the neighbor in the back was extreamly close to the pool. Warning the neighbor in the back was completely rude to us and yelled cusing at us almost every night complaining about people renting out the place and being to loud, this was about 8-9pm most nights. No one was blasting music, all we ever did was talk "loud" and that was enough to upset him and blow up on us. If you have a small group (5 or more) of people I suggest a staying inside. Four or less you should be fine by the pool side.

Stunning home!!

We loved our week stay here, the house is amazing! It was hard to leave the house to go explore, but when we did, it was very nice to have the private pool, hot tub and gorgeous lanai to come back to.
