La nostra ampia vista sul giardino Poipu Garden Villa con piscina del resort, è una delle esclusive ville private di Lanai Villa di Poipu Kai. NOTA: Nuovo sistema di climatizzazione split nella zona giorno. Aria condizionata in tutte e quattro le camere da letto e soppalco.

La nostra villa privata Poipu Garden si trova in una strada tranquilla, a quattro minuti a est dalla splendida Shipwrecks Beach, i suoi rinomati luoghi per il bodyboard e il sentiero oceanfront per Mahaulepu Beach e il Grand Hyatt Kauai ei suoi favolosi ristoranti, Anara Spa e il campo da golf Poipu Bay.

Goditi la passeggiata di otto minuti verso ovest attraverso rigogliosi giardini lungo la passerella ben illuminata di Poipu Kai fino alla spiaggia di Brenneckes (bodyboarding) e Poipu Beach (nuoto, snorkeling).

La nostra spaziosa villa in stile piantagione presenta un design aperto soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina con un sistema di aria condizionata split, una cucina ben attrezzata e una bella suite padronale completa con un letto king size, biancheria fine AC e un bagno personalizzato.

La sua seconda camera da letto dispone anche di un letto king size, biancheria, AC e un bagno personalizzato.

Camera da letto 3 dispone di un letto matrimoniale e aria condizionata, camera da letto 4 - due gemelli. e AC. Camere da letto 3 e 4 sono adiacenti al terzo bagno completo con vasca / doccia combo.

Il loft della Villa presenta una quinta zona notte con letti a castello e aria condizionata e un tavolo da ping-pong.

La nostra villa Poipu Garden è completa di arredi personalizzati di buon gusto, opere d'arte Hawaiiana e una cucina eccezionale con due lavastoviglie e due aree lavandino - una per la preparazione, una per la pulizia. L'area privata di intrattenimento all'aperto comprende una zona pranzo e una griglia a gas. AMAZING STAY! I highly recommend this property. Very spacious and clean house with fully stocked, large kitchen and two large living rooms. Sleeps 8 very comfortably, and you could add 4 more people if you take advantage of the loft. Great backyard with lathe dining table. Super easy access to the trails through the neighborhoods that afford beautiful walks to beaches. Pouipu Beach is an easy walk and there’s tons of turtles to see! Easy 25 min drive to the airport. And centrally located to drive 90 min up to the napali coast or about 35 minutes to Waimea Canyon. House staff was very prompt in responding to inquiries!

Beautiful home in a great location-walk to Brennekes Beach or Shipwreck Beach by the Hyatt. The home was immaculate and exceptionally decorated! This is the third year in a row we stayed with a family and grandparents! Great backyard, too!

Perfect home for multi generation family. We love the Poipu area and this house was only minutes from our favorite spots. There were a lot of great amenities — we were constantly surprised and delighted. The decor was so Hawaiian and added to our vacation.

Prime Poipu neighborhood home with air conditioning

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 6 nights at this beautiful Poipu Lanai villa home. Located in a quiet neighborhood within a 10-15 min on the greenbelt in either direction to Poipu Beach or Shipwreck beach and the Hyatt. The home is large, open and airy with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen is huge with lots of counter space and fully stocked with everything you could think of. Two master suites each with its own full bath, a queen room and another room with two twin beds and a beautiful shared guest bathroom. Each bedroom and the living room have air conditioning which is very nice on a warm summer evening. There was also a huge upstairs loft with bunk beds and two addtional twin beds with a portable air condition unit. We did not have access to the garage but they did have a shed with plenty of beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and sand toys for our use which came in very handy. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a outdoor dining table and other lounge chairs. I love staying in Poipu because its always sunny,and has less traffic. Would definitely stay here again and reccommed to others.

Wonderful spacious house in a perfect location!

This was our second stay at this house-we stayed here last July as well. We were a family of six with two grandparents as well, and we loved the location in Poipu. The house is beautiful and well decorated and well equipped for a perfect vacation!

My parents, siblings and our spouses loved our stay here. The backyard was beautiful and we were so sad to leave it. The home had everything we needed. Short walk to several beaches. We hope to return soon!

Early Christmas

We met with our Son and family and Daughter and Family for 10 days of an early Christmas. Had a great time and generated lots of lifetime memories. Our accommodation really worked well allowing us to be together. Location was great , and facility worked well for us.

LOVED my Stay in Poipu

The pictures on VRBO were EXACTLY the same in person. The question, "Were You Satisfied with Your Stay?, Yes or No". My answer is EXTREEEMELY YES, not just yes !!!" The house was well stocked with plates, glasses mugs, flatware, blankets, towels, sheets, and seasonings for cooking !!! Staying here was like staying your own home except in Poipu. And Lori was a VERY PLEASANT person to communicate with. This was the perfect place to stay for my family of 7. Next time we can all take the same time off again, we're coming here. Mahalos

Lovely place… but sorta strict!

This house is huge and has tons of rooms and beds. We loved the location and neighborhood … it was beautiful and just as advertised. We did ask to have some family over (12 additional guests… it is Thanksgiving week) and were told no. We also felt like the association was very strict with outdoor lighting and such. Just an FYI for groups traveling together, families, etc. the house looks like it can accommodate many… but you can’t.

Beautiful place for a family reunion

Well, my family likes me again. All because I found this wonderful place. It's close to the beach and has 2 of everything you will need on vacation. It was so spacious, I also convinced my wife to move out of the tiny expensive cardboard apartment where we bump into each other all day.

Beautiful house

Everything was as advertised, very clean and in a nice neighborhood not far from the beach. we had a awesome vacation staying here. That being said there are a couple of things that could be improved but were not that big of a issue. 1. ice dispenser on the refrigerator door didn't work 2.dishwasher doesn't like the pods it only worked if we threw them in the dishwasher can't put them in the dispenser.3. When in Hawaii staying in such a beautiful house on a awesome island a must have is a Ninja blender. the one there works but it's on it's last leg. 4 More wash cloths and towels would be good also. I would stay here every time I came to Kauai it is a very nice house.

36th Anniversary trip

The house was absolutely perfect for our 36th anniversary trip with all our grown kids and their spouses! We could walk to watch the sunrise at one beach and watch the sunset and turtles at another! The home was very comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out with 8 of us! We had an amazing time!

Incredible home!

This is a fabulous rental property! It is stocked with absolutely everything you could ever imagine wanting, has many options for dining (dining room, outside seating with table, bar seating, breakfast nook) and family space galore! There is also extra sleeping space in the loft...easily sleeps 12. I'm a neat freak and the cleanliness was exceptional. Close to everything and the perfect location for a Kauai vacation. Highly recommend!!
