“Stanza grande e confortevole, ampia cabina-armadio con cassaforte, il wi-fi funziona bene, buona colazione con discreta scelta sia salata che dolce. Ottima posizione centrale vicino a supermercati e fast-food. Comodo il servizio shuttle bus per l'aeroporto (a meno di 10 minuti). Staff gentile.”

“It's a solid choice in Maun. The hotel is a bit worn. The gym is weak. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant is good.”

“I arrived really late in the evening. I was able to order a sandwich from the kitchen before it closed. There is nothing around the area. My major concern was that there were a ton of insects that I had to kill so they didn't bother me while I slept. I left early in the morning to join a safari tour.”

“Wonderful stay. I recommend each guest must be provided with the gate remote as there is a delay in opening the gate or there should be a gateman stationed at the gate”

“Staffing was a major issue. There was a cleaner there when we got there and didn’t seem to have any information about us coming. The rooms weee clean but little things were broken (tv remote). When we tried to leave the next morning, there was absolutely no staff around and we couldn’t get out of the gate. It took us 10 minutes to figure out how to get out of the grounds. No communication from anyone. It would be a great little spot to stay if there was a bit better service. ”

“The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed...

“The sink had no plumbing traps, so it smelled like a sewer if you hadn't used the sink for a while. The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. I stayed in two different rooms, one didn't have the possibility to lock the bathroom. No restaurant within walking distance and no possibility to make your own food except for a water boiler. Really low level of sounds proofing. The staff was really friendly and helpful though 😊”

“Terrible hotel. They didn’t have our booking, were over booked and couldn’t accommodate us. They are now refusing to refund our money. Beware of this hotel!”
