“Room was clean, staff very helpful and responsive. Included breakfast had a range of options. Due to family activities, we did not get to use the pool, but looked very clean and inviting. Beds are quite firm. AC worked very well. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in town visiting family.”

“Lemon Beach Resort was such a beautiful, quaint place with a great helpful professional staff. I went with a group and they were able to not only accommodate about 12 of us but there were other guests present as well. Even with all of us including the guests present for four days, everyone was cohesive and resumed the quiet peaceful aura that was present. “From the moment of my arrival, the staff was wonderful. My room was wonderful, it was exactly like advertised, "ocean view'. The sound of the waves was great. The breakfast everyday was a dream, the food was cooked to order. Nice touch! Not a bland generic buffet. The staff ~ what can I say, Titus and the crew, EXCELLENT customer service. Rest, relaxation in a serene environment is what I was looking for and it was what I got. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much.”

“Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. Well done Ko-Sa….we will return. ”

“Venting the rooms would be”

“Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. ”

“The environment was nice but the particular room(family suite) that I stayed in was not properly cleaned. There was rat poop, the bathroom dirty. The on-boarding was poor. No one told me where to find anything, not even where you’ll have breakfast! Customer service was very poor. The distance from Accra to the resort was more than 5hrs probably due to road construction. Though breakfast was nice and the pool was nice. Widad”

“La vista sul mare; la camera (quelle piu grandi sono ottime le altre un po troppo piccole ) il ristorante sempre a disposizione con ottimi piatti e servizio in camera; un piccolo parco giochi di fianco e la piscina in fase di costruzione; unica cosa gli ultini 2 km per arrivare sono in terra battuta e difficile ma non per le macchine del posto!!! ”
