“I was surprised this hotel was not full during our stay. It seemed a great value to me, and the decor featuring extensive wood carving was impressive. Of course we were there during the shoulder season in mid September so that may explain fewer guests. The room opened to the hotel back, so it was quiet. I was in room 401 and despite arriving after reception closed, I was given detailed instructions for self check-in. Being that it's low season, it was quiet and many things weren't operating as normal but that's fine for a quick weekend trip.”
