Apartment is a modern, top floor apartment with breath-taking mountain and sea views across to Dubrovnik old town. Fully air conditioned with Internet, parking and fitted kitchen with all you need.There is a shared swimming pool on the ground floor/parking level.
An air-conditioned apartment with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a king size bed and one bedroom is bunk bed.
There is a fully equipped kitchen(with dishwasher and washing machine) and an open plan living/dining room with patio doors leading out to a private balcony, where guests can sit and enjoy uninterrupted views of the spectacular sunsets for which the Cavtat region is so well known.
The apartment even has a floor standing telescope for guests to enjoy the panoramic views or gaze at the moon and stars!
The large outdoor swimming pool is shared with the 8 other apartments in the block and is available from 1st May to end of September. April and October depends on the weather situation. There is a spacious parking lot in front of the building.
Although the apartment is on the top floor, due to the topography, it has its own private entrance from the road with just 7 steps to the front door giving you all the benefits of penthouse living without lots of stairs to climb!
Zal Beach in front of Hotel Albatrossis15 minutes’ walk from the apartment, has a giant inflatable for children to play on. Further up the beach is a quieter area hedged by pine trees where you can sunbathe or relax amongst the shade of the trees whilst enjoying a leisurely lunch or drink at one of the restaurants, cafes or bars. Plenty of water sports are on offer including kayaking, pedal boats, jet skiing and paddle boards etc. You can also get a water taxi to Dubrovnik Old Town, book a boat trip to one of the many beautiful, unspoilt local islands, or book a coach trip to Kotor in Montenegro or Mostar in Bosnia plus several other places of interest.
The nearest supermarket is 10-15 minutes’ walk up the hill from the apartment, as is the bus stop for the bus to Dubrovnik. The nearest cash machine and souvenir shops are at the beach.

For those hiring a car Montenegro and Bosnia are each approximately 30 minutes’ drive. Dubrovnik is approximately 20 minutes by car. Free parking is available directly outside the apartment.
A visit to Cavtat old town - a friendly, small, award-winning town - is a must and a pleasant 25-minute walk from the apartment, along the beautiful coast path passing by several bars and restaurants.
Cavtat has many wonderful restaurants, bars and beaches to choose from, and during the summer months has its own free Summer Festival with traditional singers and dancers etc. performing. The beautiful Franciscan monastery hosts regular evening concerts in its atmospheric cloisters, whilst the promenade is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or drink, whilst admiring the beautiful sailing boats and super yachts often moored in the port.
