“The staff were all great! The meals were great and well thought out. The room was spacious and the view of the ocean was pleasant. Its just too bad we couldnt use the public bath amenities because of our tattoos, but it was nice to use the private bath in the hotel room. We did use a taxi to get around. If we were to return, we would definietly consider staying here again.”

“Thought adults only ment no little kids running around, but this is an intimate time hotel. Big rooms but no keys and reception has to unlock room for you.”

“Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel....
