“Room very humid and with unpleasant smell. Shampoo and soap not replaced during the cleaning. We were charged 450 rupees for a bottle of water despite the waiter told us that our rate included soft drinks and water. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel, very disappointing. ”

“Out of the city, infested with pegions, rooms are dated with old keys, floors squeak, NO HOT WATER! Maintenance told me that you have to keep the water running for 5-6 minutes before hot water will finally arrive. And I was being charged an arm and a leg for staying here! On the plus side, the pool and garden are quite beautiful and the place looks like an old palace from the outside.”

“"A humble budget hotel" describes it more honestly than the hotel describes itself online. It isn't a "heritage" hotel, that's just the parent company name. The room was clean enough and the shower was good. Only two pillows for a kingsize bed. The Wi-Fi was non-existent and un-secured. The restaurant is small, dark, and windowless. The food is okay. They say they have a 24 hr. airport shuttle but two online booking requests went unanswered. Good location for bazaars, City Palace. The staff were...
