“This spotless, beautiful designer’s-eye property could not be better located for a Reykjavik visit. About ten minutes on foot to the Hallgrímskirkja, and from there you can walk the entire downtown all the way to the harbor area if you wish (as we did). There is a little park right across the street (bring your disc golf discs boys) which also houses the Kjarvalsstadir location of the National Museum—well worth a stop and also has a fantastic cafe. This came in very handy when it was pouring...

“For our first three nights in Iceland, this was perfect. Easy to get to from the airport. Great little town to be in. You have to eat the pizza drink the beer. We even played the local frisbee golf course, which was very challenging. Very friendly area.. Easy location for the golden circle, and the south coast.”

“No front desk. You get an email with the access codes (which we never received) and you have to call a number for assistance. The keypad to the main door didn’t work to get us so they gave us the employees code to get in. And our room was right above a bar that was open until 3:00am. The room was really warm even with the heat turned all the way down and we couldn’t open the window because of all of the noise from the bar. ”
