“Really rundown, needs lots of maintenance work.”

“Room on 3rd floor, no lifts. Aircon blows out smokers stench. Not sure if the hotel has non-smoking rooms. No restaurant for food, had to walk to a resort nearby for food.”

“Buona posizione, 10 minuti di taxi da aeroporto, fermata bus, burger King, ristoranti (indiano e cinese in prevalenza) a pochi passi. La struttura è tutto sommato pulita, ma avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, continental breakfast (caffè/the, frutta, pane tostato burro e marmellata, corn Flakes e latte).”

Negozi di souvenir pari a zero. Camere diverse da quelle mostrate sui siti. Lenzuola sporche. Zona buia comunque si sera. Non consigliabile la prossima volta scelgo Denarau”

“The best part about there service is helpful staff. Very kind people. Room is decent, big and clean. Few things which needs to impeovment is not very strong and accessible wifi connection, but food is delicious, unlimited continental breakfast which staff prepares is the highlight of it. Very quite place around. Highly recommended for someone who wants room near airport and Very quite place.”

“The staff is very kind and they make you feel at home. They are also very available to help to book activities and give informations. Bars and restaurants are close by and the sea is just a stone's throw away. In the rooms and in the showers and bathrooms the support surfaces are very limited, they should be implemented”

“The room we were given had the toilet leaking its content on the floor, we waited more than 50 min and only after our protests we were given another room. It was dirty, with a lot of little cockroaches crawling on the floor. The lady at the counter was completely unfriendly and unhelpful. The position is very bad, exposed to a road of major traffic with a lot of noise all night. Over, over, overpriced, in other countries I would pay few dollars for an hotel like this.And you guys of Hotels.com...

“Il mio partner ed io abbiamo prenotato questo albergo per la notte prima del nostro viaggio di ritorno, scelto appositamente per il servizio di trasporto gratuito all'aeroporto. Una volta arrivati la receptionist ha impiegato un'eternità per procedere col check in, sembrava quasi che non fossimo presenti. Al momento di accordarci sulla navetta per l'albergo ha detto che non ne sapeva niente e che la mia email di conferma non faceva fede in quanto in italiano, ovviamente lei avrebbe dovuto avere...

“Excellent location and very well maintained apartment. Had everything we needed. Host was very friendly and responsive. She was flexible in terms of check out time and even had welcome fruits for us. Would definitely recommend staying here!”

“There was no coffee or tea in our room. There was no garbage bin in our room. Wasn't provided despite asking. Saw a dead cockroach in our room. One of the fan in our room wasn't working. Internet was only available in the bar. There was no house keeping service. There was a surcharge for egg and sausage for breakfast despite breakfast was included, there wasn't any juice or water for the guest”

“Great reception. Great location. Great security but unfortunately property needs immediate tending sorry. Water leak in floor of bathroom, horrible smell throughout unit, no remote for Aircon, just to turn it off. Great wifi and superb assistance from night watchman and morning call for taxi to airport! Sorry but I know that you want to improve your property as an investor. Please provide a bottle opener and corkscrew for next guest.. thank you. Unit has great potential overall.”
