“We had the most incredible stay at the Bombay Bicycle Club hotel. What a stunning hotel, situated by the most beautiful beach. The staff were so friendly, helpful and kind. Food was delicious and so so fresh. It really was a 5 star stay and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend! ”

“Perfect place for our first location in Sri Lanka. We stayed three nights and loved it. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very welcoming and the quality of the Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was amazing. We can also recommend the Katamaran tour in the lagoon. Free shuttle to the empty beach also worked great. Would always return here.”

The breakfast offers A big variety of everything even for A vegan. The Hotel is A boutique kind of because there is only 28 rooms. I loved The interiors with turqoise color. You really feel A special guest. There are several turtle hatcheries close by, so you get to reliese them to The sea If you want. ”

“Our stay at Temple tree was superb ! The warm welcome and personalised service set it apart from some of the other hotels we have stayed at on this trip. The chef came over with a tray of fresh fish that had been caught that day and asked how we would like it to be cooked-my ideal of heaven . Beach was clean ,room view was amazing ,staff lovely and efficient. We are definitely coming back .”

The atmosphere is very relaxed as this is a rather small place with only 9 rooms/villa’s or so. The service was outstanding; from the guys at the beach bringing us free ice cream and a cold beer and water when we wanted some to the servers in the restaurant who gave us the best experience we had throughout our journey in Sri Lanka.
