“Ho prenotato 3 notti e avevo richiesto 1 camera per disabili e 1 vicina.L'hotel ci ha detto che queste richieste a loro non sono arrivate.Siamo arrivati ore 15 e ci hanno dato le camere definitive dopo le 19 con un calvario da dimenticare.All'inizio ci hanno dato la camera per disabili al 2° piano e l'altra molto distante in fondo al corridoio opposto dicendo che quella accanto non é ancora pronta.Anche la camera per disabili non era pulita per niente.Abbiamo fatto subito presente questo fatto...

“What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!! We felt very at home with the decor and the dining room/kitchen was out of this world!”

“We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.”

“Siamo tornati dopo una notte da incubo in un altro albergo sempre a Sárvár.Ci siamo trovati benissimo come la prima volta. Accoglienza ottima, personale disponibile, camere pulite e letti comodissimi. Centro termale e fitness molto ben attrezzati. Grande varietà di cibo di ottima qualità.Struttura ben organizzata anche per disabili. Bello l'arboreto adiacente all'hotel. Da consigliare assolutamente a chi desidera le terme, l'ambiente rilassante e la qualità dei servizi.”

“Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereich top Der zugang zur therme war super sicher für die kinder. Die bar war sehr schön und entspannend. Und die unterkunft und die möglichkeiten auch für kinder top 👍 ”

“Super Hotel, vorallem die große (ehemalige Tennis-)Halle mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Babies und Kinder zum Spielen (Bällebad, Hupfburg, Klettergerüst, Arcade-Spiele, Trampolin, ...). Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt.”

“The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is...
