“Surrounded by beautiful rice fields, wilderness and Peacocks this is an ideal place for who seeks a secure place for rest and respite. The hotel staff was amazingly nice and ready help. Those who travel from East like Trincomalee or Arugambay this would be an ideal rest stop. My meals by a la carte were delicious. Special thank to Food and Beverage Manager (sorry forgot the name) for his recommendations. ”

“Struttura nuova (aperta da aprile 2023) molto carina e ben arredata. Immediatamente sopra il centro di Ella (appena 5 minuti di tuk tuk). Camere belle, grandi e con una bellissima vista sulla vallata. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Insomma tutto benissimo ma un ringraziamento speciale va al personale. “Amazing hotel! The staff was great, views were stunning (we never grew tired of it!) and the room/rent was extraordinary, wonderful to wake up to the view. The staff were very attentive and helped with everything, even a hospital visit was solved in and out within 30 minutes from the request. Breakfast was very good, ala carte menu was average. “we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this.”

“Stunning views, especially of the waterfall. Spacious and clean room. Our balcony was extra large! They served a very delicious breakfast for a good price. We actually enjoyed it more than when we ate in town. The internet was a problem though, it did not work or was so slow it was unusable, but thankfully we had a hot spot to take video calls for work. Apart from the fact that the rooms are amazing (we could have had a party for 30 in our room), the thing that really made it for us was the attitude of the staff.
