  • Questo luminoso e arioso appartamento al primo piano contemporaneo si trova a Muo, un grazioso villaggio a 15 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia di Kotor e offre una vista spettacolare sulla baia di Kotor e sulle montagne circostanti. Si tratta di un appartamento con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato il cui open space soggiorno-sala da pranzo conduce ad una spaziosa terrazza che è l'ideale per cene all'aperto, guardando le barche sul fiordo o semplicemente per rilassarsi. Completato nell'estate del 2007, l'appartamento è situato al primo piano e dispone di due ampie camere da letto, due bagni (uno privato per la camera da letto principale), una cucina completamente attrezzata e ripostiglio separato, aria condizionata, due balconi privati, una piscina condivisa con una doccia splash, parcheggio privato e con il divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno può ospitare fino a 6 persone. L'aria condizionata e il riscaldamento assicurano che sia fresco d'estate e caldo d'inverno. Ci sono ristoranti e bar e un negozio locale facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

We loved our stay here. The location was great although up a steep slope if walking. Only 20 minute walk to the old town. Views from the balcony amazing!The pool was great with plenty of loungers and sunshades.You need to register and pay tourist tax and information on this would have been helpful. A great base in a beautiful location.

Stunning views

The apartment is perfect for a family of 4, had everything you need and the pool was lovely. It's a good 25 minutes walk into town and an 18 minutes walk to a decent supermarket but it's worth it for the views from the balcony which was simply stunning Thanks Tommy

Amazing views - Clean Property

Property was very clean inside and a good location for walking into Kotor Old Town. Apartment had everything we needed - WiFi great too! The apartment block itself could do with a general tidy up/painting on the exterior but once inside, it didn't distract from our stay. Would definitely use again.

Wahnsinnig toller Ausblick und super Lage

Solide Wohnung mit einem fantastischen blick auf die komplette Bucht Kotors. Die Lage der Wohnung hätte besser nicht sein können. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 min. in der Stadt. Super Parkplatz, schöner Pool mit teilweise Blick auf das Meer. Der Boden und einiges an Geschirr war bei der Ankunft leider nicht sauber, aber es wurde direkt angeboten, eine Reinigungskraft zu schicken. Das Sauberkeitsproblem zieht sich aber durch das ganze Land. Ein Stern Abzug. Der Kontakt lief über Whatsapp. Am besten eine Sim Karte am Kiosk kaufen.

Best location we have ever had

The apartment has a perfect location - great view of Kotor and the bay, yet it is only 25 minutes on foot to Kotor. It is spacious, we really felt at home in it. The contact with the owner was very good, and the manager taking care of the apartment - Anka - did everything to make us feel good in it. Thank you!

Kotor Muo Apartments

The apartment was situated in an elevated position with fantastic views from the balcony. It was very spacious and clean. We have really enjoyed our stay in Muo and the walks each evening into the old town. There is a lot that can be done around the bay of Kotor, although we were happy to just relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery. We would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the area.

Mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht

Pluspunten: -schoon appartement -van alle gemakken voorzien -locatie -uitzicht -groot balkon -leuk zwembad met heerlijke ligbedden -goede douche + bedden Verbeterpunten: -WIFI werkt niet goed!!! -handdoeken te weinig -slaapkamers erg warm door ontbreken airco -Na het inchecken was contactpersoon niet meer te bereiken, kregen geen antwoord op sms of mail. Montenegro heeft ons positief verrast met met een grote diversiteit van natuur ,mooie dorpjes en schitterende stranden.

Very good choice for this year holidays

We spent 10 days in this nice and clean apertment located 20 minutes from Kotor center by foot. We spent hours on balcony with really inspirated panorama view on Sea, City and Mountains. Only one small minus was communication with property manager e.g. according wifi connection which was not solved after 10 days -> this was solved by myself after i bought prepaid m:tel card for 10e/1000Gb... or sending questions by sms or email = no reply (better choice is direct call). But those things had no impact that finally i am satisfied by this aperment selection for this year holidays with my children.

Der Panoramablick lässt die Unzulänglichkeiten in den Hintergrund rücken.

Die schönen Stunden auf dem Balkon werden unvergessen bleiben. Das Wetter war angenehm mild, so konnten wir auch am Abend den wunderbaren Panoramablick genießen. Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht, doch erscheint die Ausstattung teils erneuerungswürdig (Bettunterlage im Doppelbett, durchgesessenes Schlafsofa). Dank der sehr zuvorkommenden Unterstützung von Vanja, die Komplettierung der Wohnungsausstattung und die Organisation unseres Aufenthaltes betreffend, haben wir den Aufenthalt im Apartment sehr genossen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Vanja. Leider ist das WLAN oft sehr langsam oder nicht verfügbar. Die Software des Routers ist veraltet und unsicher.

Comfortable apartment with stunning view

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and close to local amenities. Taxis cost just €2 if you want to venture into Kotor itself. We had a car and travelled around the whole, stunning area. The only slight issues were that the air-con is only in the lounge, which means it is quite stuffy at night. We could also have done with an extra set of towels for the week. Note that you’ll also need to bring your own dishwasher tablets or buy locally.

Große Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und man hat vom Balkon eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Bucht! Zimmer und Bad waren auch sehr sauber. Leider die Küchenschränke und das Geschirr nicht. Hier müsste auch mal das eine oder andere ausgetauscht werden, z. B. Wasserkocher mit Rost innen. Lage war gut, wenn man ein Auto hat. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Muo.

Amazing views

This is a lovely modern apartment in a quiet position. Muo is very pretty and it was well worth the daily climb up the steep road to the apartment to enjoy the views. We walked into Kotor many times which took about 20 mins. Try the cafe/bar on the right as you leave Muo. Food and drink very reasonable. The road is narrow with no pavement until you near Kotor so you have to be careful. The views are wonderful whichever way you walk around the bay. The management team are very efficient and organised a taxi for us which cost 20 euros each way. We did feel the apartment could do with a full length mirror, also blackout blinds and air conditioning in main bedroom. Air conditioning in the lounge was very welcome as it was hot when we stayed. Overall we had a superb time.The scenery in the area is stunning.

Great apartment in the BEST location!

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone interested in visiting Kotor Bay as it is in the most fantastic location, in Muo, just outside Kotor Old Town; a lovely 20 minute stroll to the old town. The even better part being that you can see the old town (with it's city walls wonderfully lit up at night) built into the base of the mountains from the balcony which is total magic - a view you wouldn't have if you stayed on the other side of the bay. The apartment is incredible spacious, has everything you need in terms of facilities; microwave, oven, fridge freezer and even a washing machine. The company which the owner uses to manage holiday lettings is superb; Anka and her team met us in Muo (as we had a hire car) but she had even offered to pick us up from the aiport. We've had a fabulous time and would without doubt return at some point in the future.
