La reservation mentionnait un paiement sur place J’ai du payer 50% d’avance avec frais bancaires J’ai été sollicité par de nombreux messages pour payer la totalité pendant mon voyage Par ailleurs : le service n’est pas à la hauteur il n’y a aucun lieu de repos en dehors du salon de réception

Staff were excellent! Truly amazing with their dedicated focus on guest needs and comfort. Room was OK with the bathroom needing some attention especially the stained bathroom / shower floors. Staff did not welcome us the same way as other guest. I was charged for 2 rooms and they did not want to make adjustment. Cleanliness and space could be better.
