Beautiful detached house in an oasis of calm, close to beach and sea.

Wonderfully quiet location among the countryside and close to Dishoek beach. Large sunny private garden, spacious terrace with French doors.
Equipped with a private driveway and ample parking space. The house is conveniently located 1 km from the village of Koudekerke.
The towns of Middelburg, Vlissingen and the village of Zoutelande are at a distance of about 5 km,.
Well located to start your cycling trips, many free cycle paths in the neighbourhood and you can place your bike indoors with us.
The house was built in 2021, comfortable and well insulated, equipped with central heating, living room, kitchen, large bedroom and luxury bathroom are all located on the ground floor.

Fantastic holiday home. Very quiet location.We stayed one week and were made very welcome by the host Helen.The holiday home was super clean and everything you can think of was there even reading glasses.We certainly can highly recommend this ideal holiday home.

We hebben een mooie anderhalve week gehad in het complete huisje van de Fam. Boerma. Bedden netjes opgemaakt, schoon en wat een rust. We komen zeker een keer terug.

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem liebevoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Vermieter sind total nett, zur Begrüßung gab es zwei kleine Weine, Kaffeekapseln und Süßigkeiten. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Handtücher sind auch mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, man ist aber in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad am Strand und den schönen Strandbuden. Auch der Supermarkt ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir direkt wieder gebucht haben.

Sehr angenehme, legere Athmosphäre des Hauses, sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Sehr ruhige Lage des Hauses, kurze Wege zum Zentrum des Dorfes und zum Strand. Das Dorf bietet mehr als gedacht, der Strand ist typisch Nordsee mit einigen schönen Strandpavillions. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt für genau unsere Bedürfnisse zu unserem Anlass.

Ein sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Ferienhaus. Auch die Lage umgeben von Feldern ausserhalb des Ortes ist sehr schön. Da es keine Wanderwege zum Strand gibt, empfehlen wir Fahrräder mitzunehmen. Ansonsten ist der Strand auch zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Man muss aber die Strasse oder den Fahrradweg zum Gehen nutzen.

Das Häuschen liegt richtig schön.Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man über schöne Wege überall hin. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Gastgeber sind herzlich und während des Aufenthaltes quasi unsichtbar. Das einzige was mich etwas gestört hat,mir ist das Bett etwas zu klein. Aber sonst ist wirklich alles wunderbar. Wir würden gern wiederkommen!

Het waren een paar hele fijne dagen in Zeeland. Prachtige en rustige omgeving. Met het strand enorm dichtbij, je bent er zo. Het huisje heeft 'alles in huis' om je er prettig en heel erg thuis te voelen. Heel goed verzorgd alles en zeer schoon. Aardige verhuurders... dus.... Echt een aanrader! Wir haben 10 sehr schöne Tage in Zeeland verbracht. Das Appartement ist für zwei Personen wirklich großzügig geschnitten. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet. Das Badezimmer modern und geräumig. Zum Appartement gehört eine kleine Liegewiese mit Liegestühlen in denen man schön entspannen konnte. Kein großer Straßenverkehr, eher einmal Hufgetrappel sorgte für eine, für uns sehr angenehme, Ferienstimmung. Auch eine schöne Sitzgruppe direkt vor der Eingangstür unter einem mächtigen, schattenspendenden Baum lud bei trockenem Wetter zum Essen ein. Die Strandabschnitte "Vloed", "Kapduin" und "Zeebrise" bei Dishoek waren in 20 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen, so dass wir unser Auto nicht benötigten. Supermärkte waren in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Somit blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt und insbesondere die ruhige Lage des Appartements etwas außerhalb, sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
