Welcome to Villa Aperion - the most stunning six bedroom villa on Aphrodite Hills Resort.

New build (completed in June 2023) on the front line of the peaceful eastern plateau of the Resort, Villa Aperion nestles into the ravine to provide the most breathtaking infinity sea views of the shimmering Mediterranean sea.

Villa Aperion offers infinite serenity from the luxury and comfort of the building's stylish finishes, perfectly matching the light, open interiors with the vast views boasted from the beautiful outside terraces. Coupled with the peaceful location of the villa, Aperion is the perfect platform for a mindful getaway, somewhere to escape the normal hustle and bustle of life. This isn't simply a holiday home, but a gorgeous getaway where you can simply stop.

The interior of the villa is masterfully created to optimise the natural light that pours in, bringing the minimal modern furnishings to life, whilst really making the most of those infinite sea views. The ground floor hosts the open plan kitchen, dining area, living room and TV area, flowing perfectly together as a welcoming, relaxing space. Each of the six bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, offering maximum privacy and freedom for everyone's stay. The villa's elevator gives you the lift to the first floor, or descent down to the chill out lower level where a feature exterior area is designed to add both a sense of calm and nature. Three of the bedrooms (one of which a self-contained unit with it's own mini kitchen) are found on this level, together with a beautiful living area, games area games area with a pool table and a home gym space.

The TV system has international sports and unlimited movies channels, as well as Netflix and other apps. Underfloor heating provides warmth for winter stays. Reliable wireless internet is of course also included throughout and a cot and high chair are available, if required.

All three bedrooms on the first floor boast incredible sea views to the south, so that every day of your holiday will start with waking up to the glimmering, unforgettable vast beauty of the Mediterranean sea.

These bedrooms on the first floor are all super king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (the master room benefits from having both a bath and separate walk-in shower, the other two room have walk-in showers). Downstairs, on the lower level, are the remaining three bedrooms; two of which are split doubles that can be configured as twins, and the third a super king. Each of these bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which also has a separate bath too.

Just a 10 minute drive either side of the Resort are the traditional, picturesque villages of Kouklia and Pissouri, both ideal locations for taking in the local culture in the pretty village squares. Restaurants and bars are plentiful in both villages and offer a true Cypriot experience!

Just a 20 minute drive from the Resort you can find the beautiful harbour town, Paphos, where there are lots of attractions on offer: sightseeing and archaeology, harbour, boat hire, shopping mall, zoo, waterpark, restaurants and more.

Location within Aphrodite Hills Resort: East plateau
The resort is split over two plateau; known as the west and the east. The resort village square and facilities are situated on the west plateau, therefore we would definitely recommend car hire for stays here on the peaceful east plateau, then you’re just a 5 minute drive from the resort facilities.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
