Villa Nausicaa is a beautiful two bedroom and two bathrooms villa, with private heated pool including a relaxing bench and Jacuzzi. It is located at Hestiades Greens Village (house 15), in the heart of Aphrodite Hills, facing the Golf Course's 1st with spectacular views from the upstairs terrace. The villa is fully furnished, with private parking, patio and gas BBQ.

This comfortable two-bedroom Villa is fully furnished and offers a private heated pool, water heated at 30 degree (available on request at 250€/week)with relaxing bench and Jacuzzi, patio and gas barbecue. Wifi available, all rooms enjoy full air conditioning (heating as well), and good quality bedding, towels and beach towels are supplied. There is a private parking, as well as first-aid kit for your safety.

The living room has quality furniture including a 3-seater sofa and one armchair, a flat screen LCD TV and IPTV streaming.

The dining area has a table with four chairs. There are French doors which open on to the patio, setting the scene for a relaxing dining experience.

The kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances including microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a full range of tea and Nespresso coffee machine, milk heater and blender. Numerous pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided.

A marble staircase leads up to the master bedroom. The room is fitted with wardrobes and a King Size bed with bedside cabinets. The French doors lead to the private upstairs terrace which is furnished with a table set for four to enjoy faboulous sunsets. The ensuite features a bathtub with an overhead shower and side screen as well as a toilet and vanity units with a sink.

The second bedroom is situated on the ground floor and features its own shower with side screen and toilet facilities. It has two single beds with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and French doors leading to the private pool area.

Outside, the property is complete with quality dining furniture, four sun loungers and gas BBQ. The central pool creates a sense of tranquillity and relaxation with heating system, a bench and Jacuzzi.
