Spacious vacation home near forest for up to 23 guests, ideal for families and groups of friends.
The house consists of 5 lockable apartments, each with its own bathroom, living area with TV, and kitchen, offering both privacy and shared comfort. On the ground floor, there is a shared lounge with a TV with Netflix, a large dining table, and a sofa. Guests can also use a fenced garden, outdoor seating, and a sauna for an additional fee.

The house is located in a quiet forest area in the Ore Mountains, just 10 minutes from the Klínovec ski resort.

- Separate bedroom with double bed (3 * 180 cm double bed, 1 * 160 cm double bed
- Living room with sofa bed (one apartment has 2 single beds in the living room instead of the sofa bed)
- Kitchenette
- Bathroom with toilet (part of the bedrooms)

1× lockable apartment in the attic for 7 people
- 3 separate bedrooms (1 * double bed 180 cm, 2 * single bed 90 cm, 2 * single bed 90 cm + cot 160 cm long)
- Living room with fully equipped kitchen, sofa, and TV
- Bathroom with corner bathtub, washing machine, and dryer
- 2 toilets

❗ There are two wood-burning stoves in the house, which unfortunately are not functional and may not be used.

Other things worth mentioning
Kovářská is an ideal starting point for year-round activities. In winter, you can ski on both the Czech side of Klínovec and the German side of Fichtelberg – Oberwiesenthal, which also allows for cross-border skiing. The area is also popular for its cross-country skiing trails. In summer, the surrounding area offers numerous cycling and MTB trails, hiking trails, and beautiful views. Popular destinations include the ridge of the Ore Mountains, viewpoints in the surrounding area, the ruins of Perštejn Castle, the Klíny Bike Park, and the mountain towns of Boží Dar and Loučná pod Klínovcem.
