“This hotel is very close to the Baiyun airport 5 to 7 minutes by shuttle, I arrived late on the day of the check in and yet i was able to be picked up by a shuttle van from the hotel, there was a younger gentleman at the check in counter and he was very helpful with my needs, if you staying in Guangzhou for a day then i would recommend this place, free airport shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient for me, not having to flag a taxi down and haggle with the taxi fare and the stress it...

“I liked that the property was directly linked to a shopping center. I also liked that the cleaning lady came by everyday. What I didn’t like was that my room was without electricity for almost a whole day. I contacted the hosts several times but they never responded. "Siamo stati 1 notte a Guanghzou in questo Hotel 5 stelle in transito verso la Nuova Zelanda. Unica nota negativa è stata la difficoltà di comunicazione avuta con il personale che, escludendo ovviamente quello di servizio, parlava poco o niente inglese, anche alla Reception. Per il resto un Hotel bellissimo e pulitissimo con tutti i servizi e comfort ok. Colazione internazionale fornitissima. Consigliati vivamente i Tours guidati personali, badando ad avere il pick up incluso. Città enorme (18.000.000 di abitanti) con tante cose da vedere. Per quel che riguarda il cibo…..de gustibus..!"
