Hotel carino e quasi nuovo con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, situato a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di Ao Nang e Noparathara, con i loro bar, ristoranti e negozi. Dietro l"hotel si trova un bel mercatino notturno dove si mangia bene a prezzi modici. Molto cordiale tutto il personale.

Glow Hotel hat nie 4 Sterne Niveau. Eher 3/3,5 Sterne, zumindestens im hinteren Wohnbereich. An Straßenseite sehr laut. Um 02:00 Uhr morgens wird auf der Straße geschrieben. Wir haben das Zimmer umgetauscht, aber ging mit dem Hotelgäste auf unsere Etage los. Eine Gruppe junge Männer aus Indien waren sehr laut. Das Hotelpersonal sorgt nicht für Ruhe. Frühstück ist mehr für Asien gedacht, obwohl viele Europäer im Hotel waren. Nur Toastbrot, Eier, Würstchen, Marmelade und Butter als Europäischen Frühstück vorhanden. Sonst viele Läden (inkl. 7 eleven) sind in der nähe und der Strand ist nicht weit weg. War alles OK aber Glow Hotel ist nie 4 Sterne Wert.

I booked a family suite of this hotel and it was not what I expected. It was quite dirty and looked like it hasn't been mopped for days, stains on bed sheets and blankets, stains on toilet paper, smelt bad in the room and fan was loud. When I brought it to their attention with the toilet paper at first they just changed the roll for me and after I had mentioned all the complaints with photos and videos, they agreed to refund me the remaining nights but still charged me for the first night which I was quite surprised with since the conditions of this room was in such bad shape.

Dirty and bad service
Terribly dirty room. There was sand on the floor, drinking glasses were super dirty, stains on the walls and blood in the bed sheets and even one opened condom package on the floor. When I went to complain about this, the receptionist didn’t know what to do and said that the manager will get back to me in the morning. He also said they can refund part of the money but the manager will get back to me in the morning. Sadly nobody contacted me, no refund was given in the checkout and weirdly we werent offered even to change the room. Also aircondition was terrible on/off type off machine and made a lot of noise. Just terrible experience. No way near 4 star rating.

Took standard room since I was alone! Overall is good I must say. Clean room, toilet, comfortable bed and clean bed linen. Walking distance to nearby all tourist spots. Will come back again!

This hotel is absolutely not how it is advertised online. It is incredibly run down our hotel room smelled beyond disgusting , our balcony was right next to the garbage and an emergency exit stairwell. It was so noisy AND the front desk stole money out of my passport when we checked in. Absolutely unacceptable. Not a good hotel at all.

Lovely for a budget property - I booked 2 separate rooms (same room not available when I extended my stay) - the rooms are basic but nice, I had a lovely view over the pool. The first room had a shower head that shot every which direction but down - created a river across the bathroom floor. The second room had a working shower head but no Netflix available on the TV like the first room. Seems like a minor complaint (I didn’t come to Thailand to watch Netflix!), however, when it’s raining outside, and you’re traveling by yourself, it’s a nice distraction!

Lovely hotel with great location
Amazing hotel stay! Super clean, modern, and comfortable. Also great location walking distance to beach and restaurants, cafes, etc. I liked that there was also a balcony, nice hotel pool, and gym. Also the room bed was comfy and shower was nice. Would stay again!

Nice hotel :)
I had a very nice stay at Glow. Friendly staff, good service, the room was very good. Even though the water supply stopped for almost a day, they did a good job to help so i could shower and so on. I would recommend this to others👌

The internet connection was basically non existent, the pool was covered in kids everyday, breakfast was not good, the egg lady was awesome but the other hot food tasted like leftovers, the elevator would stop at every floor all the time (to the point where it was faster to take the stair) probably from kids always pressing all the buttons. Our doorbell would go off in the morning for no reason. Our room would barley get cleaned or restocked they would just remake the bed and we were staying there for 10 days so it got pretty grimly in there, no wiping our bathroom counter or cleaning the floors, no new hand towels for half the time we just had small bath towels, they forgot to refill our toilet paper a few times and we just had to grab it ourselves. We booked it because it was rated higher than the hotel we were staying at before it but I really don’t understand why, maybe if more people said it was good for kids and family’s not couples then I would have known to not book there without option of a refund.

Glow is in the middle of a whole lot of action. It's a great place if you want to be right down by the beach but not in the completely crazy parts. Ao Nang is the launching point for thousands of tourists. Glow had decent food, a nice pool, fairly quiet and good service. It's a bit beaten up from the influx of young travelers but overall a really decent place to be.

Hotel abseits des Troubels
Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Glow. Es liegt abseits des Troubels, wodurch es an sich ruhig ist. Dennoch gibt es viele Essensmöglichkeiten, Massage etc fußläufig. Leider hat uns das Hotel nicht überzeugt: Zu Beginn lagen Haare im Bett (auch nach Zimmerwechsel im zweiten Raum), die Bettwäsche war fleckig (ebenfalls). Über die Klimaanlage kam im erstem Raum im 5. Stock sehr starker Rauchgeruch, weshalb wir noch am gleichen Abend wechselten. Dies klappte gut innerhalb von ca. 20-30 Minuten. In beiden Räumen waren Klimaanlage und Lüftung im Bad sehr laut. Es gibt kein Reserve-Klopapier. Hinter dem Waschbecken ist ein langes Loch, wenn hier etwas reinfällt ist es weg. Ab 6 Uhr in der Früh ist im 2. Stock nicht an Schlaf zu denken, da die Wände dünn sind und man alle Stimmen hört, ab 6.30 Uhr geht das Stühle rücken los. Abends konnten wir den Fernseher vom Nachbarn hören. Die Betten waren bequem, die Kissen in Ordnung. Safe und Kühlschrank haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, aber nur einen Stuhl und Tisch mit Aschenbecher. Frühstück kann man für 200 Baht vor Ort dazukaufen, es gibt eine kleine Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen sowie Obst und Joghurt, Kaffee und schwarzen Tee. Der Pool liegt zwischen den Gebäudeteilen und ist kalt, die Liegen stehen so nah am Pool, dass man kaum vorbeilaufen kann, wenn Kinder im Pool sind, wird man nass. Toll: Man kann eine Waage an der Rezeption ausleihen, um die Koffer zu wiegen.
