The 20 m² interior has been designed in a calm, natural colour palette, featuring green accents, wooden elements and black details. An additional advantage is the balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and surrounding greenery. The apartment is suitable for guests travelling together, solo travellers and business guests. It can accommodate up to 2 adults.



The Space:

The apartment combines a sleeping area with a lounge space. It features a bunk bed with two single sleeping places, prepared with hotel-quality bed linen and sets of pillows. Wooden elements, subtle green accents and black details give the interior a modern and welcoming character. Guests also have access to a Smart TV with satellite channels.



The apartment opens onto an unfurnished balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and surrounding greenery.



The functional kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. Guests also have access to crockery, cutlery, pots, a frying pan and essential utensils for preparing their own meals. Two seats are available at the counter, which can be used for dining or working on a laptop. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.



The bathroom has been designed in a modern style. It features a spacious walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and glass screen, a washbasin with a large mirror and a toilet. A washing machine is also available. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo and soap – are provided.
