Ottima posizione vicino al centro della città buono l'appartamento anche se non c'era il frigo e la TV era posta al piano di sopra.

Comodo, bello e in ottima posizione
Spaziosi e moderni appartamenti, con servizio di reception 24h su 24, internet gratuito, cucina con piastre a induzione, microonde e piccola lavastoviglia, in ottima posizione, di fronte ad un grande centro commerciale aperto fino alle 22, alla stazione dei treni e degli autobus e alle porte della città vecchia (a 5-10 minuti di strada a piedi da piazza Rynek Główny). Lo consigliamo a pieno!!

Hot few days in Krakow
Location was great and in terms of space we got what we paid for. However, biggest challenge was temperature. We had all fans, portable air con on throughout the visit and windows open but was super hot and uncomfortable throughout. Floor 4. Wi-Fi awful too. Still a good break though.

Very Bad
It was very terrible. As soon as you enter the building, there is a very bad smell and this bad smell is also in the room. Bed and other furnishings are very old. Krakow will not get a good place in our minds because of this hotel.

バスタブがあるのですが、そこに温かいお湯を貯めることができませんでした。最初は熱いお湯が出るのですが、途中から水になってしまいます。お湯を出す量を少なくするなど色々試してみましたがダメでした。そこだけがとても残念でした。 それ以外は、受付スタッフのかたがとても親切で明るく対応してくれて、部屋も想像以上に広くて良かったです。 食事は駅直結のショッピングモールで食べたりテイクアウトしたりで色々楽しく自由に過ごせました。湯沸かし器や電子レンジ、食器類もひと通りあって、ものすごく便利でした。

Firstly let me start with the positives... Red bricks is in a great location for both historic Old Town and for shopping entire too. Also the staff on the desk were friendly and helpful. However, the apartment was not as described or pictured on Ebookers app. I fully appreciate that Red Bricks doesn't offer daily cleaning unless requested but the apartment we were in needed and should've been cleaned better before we arrived. Also the amenities were either broken or not fit for purpose. For. Example, the towel rail in bathroom was so dirty you wouidnt want to put a towel on it. The shower has no fitment for having the shower head above your head and also the shower screen is not fitted properly, plus there are broken or cracked tiles a D that's just 1 room. Moving onto other rooms, For some.bizzare reason the wardrobe is in the kitchen /dining area where 2 single stained chair beds are, the dishwasher had a sign on stating.l it was out of order. Thr kitchen did have the necessary basics of cutlery., dishes, etc. But again all needed a clean. Moving onto the bedroom, where the TV was, a double was 2 single beds pushed together with the worst matreses I've ever encountered., far too soft and lumpy and also.not.clean whatsoever. The apartment was also super hot so it.was.good.to.have a fan but this would at times make an.awful noise. I personally feel the apartment we were in needs a deep clean, a lick of a paint. It is not somewhere I'd stay again sadly.

Thanks to such comments we are able to improve the cleanliness of the apartments. We have connected the beds with a special mat, so that the flats can meet the special wishes of our guests with regard to the arrangement of the beds.

De har helt fantastisk personal!!! Professionella, snabba och hjälpsamma. Väldigt bra med dygnet runt reception. Apartment var stort och bra, de man saknar fick man hjälp med. Diskmaskinen vi hade dock fungerade tyvärr inte. Läget var suveränt, nära till tågstation, shopping center och gamla stan.

I really appreciated the staff, very nice and helpful. The hotel is located near the city center, but the apartment really needs a renovation, dirty wall, mattress with blood stains, pillow with some wired yellow stains, hairs on the sheet, towels with a wired smell, happy I decided to bring my own towels. Overall, I only stayed a night and it wasn't expensive, but a clean room should be a must, regardless of the price.

Great accommodation - close to the train station
Booked last minute and got a really good deal. Late check in was not a problem due to my late flight - got to the apartment just before midnight. Apartment was really lovely - I booked the economy apartment and it was a duplex. Had 2 twin beds upstairs and double bed downstairs. Bed was really comfy and there was a fridge. I wished I stayed there longer! The reviews on here are from a while ago - you no longer have to go across the road to check in. I was looking for instructions but could see the receptionist through the glass in the door!

Sentrumsnært til gamlebyen.
Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig ansatte. Lå rett ved et stort kjøpesenter. Ca 10 minutter til torget der vi var på julemesse i gamle byen. Utrolig flott by med mange fine restauranter. Var litt dårlig med varmt vann i kranene. Kunne vært litt bedre rengjøring, men stort sett veldig fornøyd .

Przyjemny hotel, świetne położenie
Hotel rewelacyjnie położony: 5 minut od dworca PKP, 10 minut od Rynku, na początku Drogi Królewskiej. Pokój, łazienka, kuchnia obszerne i wystarczająco wyposażone. Pracownicy recepcji bardzo mili i pomocni. Minusy: Trochę hałas od ulicy, ale trudno mieszkać w w centrum miasta i mieć ciszę. Rozkładana sofa do spania dla trzeciej osoby mało wygodna (lepsze byłoby pojedyncze łóżko). Bezkonkurencyjna lokalizacja rekompensuje jednak wszystkie niedogodności. Polecam!

Ok apartment, prime location
Location location The beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom clean and beautiful . The rest of the apartment isn’t exactly as shown as on the pictures. Apartment is run down needs few updates and some cleaning. Stuff really nice and very helpful. Apartment it’s located in convenient area, close to stores and block away from Main Square. There is major communication problem between Hotels.com and Red Brick Apartments. First, misleading pictures when I booked my room it wasn’t what I was thinking .I booked Superior apartment pictures on Hotels.com was of Deluxe apartment. Now, I can see they did updated . Also, I asked for parking via email through Hotels.com Red Brick never got my message.Luckily, there are many options to choose from.

Great facilities within walking distance from the Old Town as well as the Central Station and shopping mall. Guys at the reception were helpful and attentive to our requests. One can also find plenty amount of eating options, pubs and bars effortlessly. Thank you for your hospitality.
