The Space:

Belnem Breeze Kas Gosa is a single-level apartment in the Belnem neighborhood, located in the Belnem Breeze Apartments complex and offering a pleasant garden view. The apartment provides approximately 120 m² of living space and is very conveniently located for amenities: supermarket Good and More at 100 meters, Playa Esmeralda (Ocean Oasis) at 1.2 kilometers, restaurant Ocean Oasis at 1.1 kilometers, and Dive Friends Delfins dive center at 1 kilometer. From the private garden you can walk straight into the shared garden with a regular outdoor swimming pool and an inviting pool deck to relax on.

Guest Access:

As a guest of Belnem Breeze Kas Gosa you have access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, the two full bathrooms, the modern kitchen, the living room and the inviting outdoor spaces such as the private garden, terrace and the shared garden with swimming pool and pool deck. The rinse tank for your dive gear and the parking options on the premises and on the street are also at your disposal. To warmly welcome you and explain everything about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally handle all arrivals. The Sunwise hosts for the apartment will arrange a meeting time with you for check-in.

The Neighborhood:

South of the center and heading towards the salt pans, Belnem is one of Bonaire’s best-known residential and vacation areas, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Over time, Belnem has become an umbrella name for upscale sub-neighborhoods such as La Palma, Sabal Palm, Lima, Punt Vierkant and Playa Esmeralda. You’ll be close to popular south-coast beaches like Bachelor’s Beach and iconic dive spots, ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. It’s a quiet residential area with quick routes to the airport and downtown Kralendijk.

Getting Around:

Belnem Breeze Kas Gosa in Belnem is best enjoyed with a rental car, as Bonaire has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings. Having your own car lets you explore at your own pace, from remote snorkel sites and iconic dive spots to cozy local restaurants. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The park’s roads are unpaved and can be rough. There is no public transport and taxis are limited, especially on busy cruise ship days.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 10AM. Early or late check-in and check-out may be possible on request, depending on other reservations. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations, and we kindly ask you to keep noise levels down at night. Enjoy your stay at Belnem Breeze Kas Gosa!

We kindly request, if we have not already done so, to coordinate with us what time you want to check out (*). We have a few friendly departure tips and requests for you: - Double check for any personal items that you may have overlooked. - Please make sure that all windows and doors are shut. - Do not worry about making the beds. Our cleaning crew will complete this task for you. - Please strip the sheets of the beds, if possible. - Please wash the dishes. - Please empty the fridge and collect all trash. (*) If we expect direct-following guests, then your check-out time will have to be no later than 10am, as agreed upon. If we don't have guests immediately after you, then we probably can make other arrangements, but please coordinate this with us! Please keep in mind that all our accommodations are private residences. Unlike traditional hotels, we do not have a central lobby or a front desk with on-site storage facilities. To ensure every home is in pristine condition for the next arrival, our professional cleaning teams begin the turnover process promptly after guest departures and continue right up until new arrivals. For this reason, we are unable to store luggage inside the properties before check-in or after check-out. If your flight departs significantly later than your check-out time, we want you to make the most of your final day on the island! We highly recommend purchasing a day pass at one of the larger local resorts. This is a great way to enjoy pool and beach amenities while keeping your luggage securely stored at their facilities until you head to the airport. We are here to help make your transition as smooth as possible.
