South of the center and heading towards the salt pans, Belnem is one of Bonaire's best-known residential and vacation areas, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Over time, Belnem has become an umbrella name for upscale sub-neighborhoods such as La Palma, Sabalpalm, Lima, Punt Vierkant, and Playa Esmeralda. You'll be close to popular south-coast beaches like Bachelor's Beach and iconic dive spots, ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. It's a quiet residential area with quick routes to the airport and downtown Kralendijk.



Belnem Breeze Kas Gosa is approximately 100 meters from Good and More supermarket, 1 kilometer from Dive Friends Delfins dive center, 1.2 kilometers from Playa Esmeralda (Ocean Oasis), 9.4 kilometers from Atlantis Beach (kitesurfing) and 1.1 kilometers from Ocean Oasis restaurant.



Sunwise insider tip: From Belnem Breeze Kas Gosa you can quickly reach Bachelor's Beach, a much-loved beach on the southern edge of Kralendijk. This small sandy beach lies at the foot of a low rock wall and feels intimate and sheltered. Thanks to the clear, relatively shallow water it is a great place for snorkeling among reef fish. Bring your mask and fins, find a quiet spot on the sand and, after your swim, simply relax and take in the views over the Caribbean Sea.



Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Belnem Breeze Kas Gosa. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Belnem Breeze Kas Gosa is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.
