“The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. “We chose to stay here because we wanted the extra room and it was more economical than staying in Interlaken. The area was nice and easy to get to on the bus. The host was very nice, met us at the bus station and showed us to our place. He was also quick to respond when we had a small issue with the shower. "The room was clean and quite nice. Unfortunately no bath robe and slippers. No gym either. Nice breakfast the morning after. Parking very expensive. Do not use it, there is a public one close and much cheaper. The position of the hotel is central. On the railway tracks but no noise at all. Overall a good experience."
