“Reception experience not good which is why we marked lower. Asked for payment despite Expedia having been already paid so ended up being double charged for stay which I have had to refer to credit card company. Allocated incorrect rooms to our party and then accused us of being confused despite handing the room keys out. Shame as the other staff we met were really friendly and helpful - especially in the restaurant. Facilities and breakfast were excellent as was the location.”

“Really a old hotel that needs to be renovated. Room very old and dirty, with dirt spots on chairs. Restaurant on top floor, that could could the unique plus, was closed. Check in very very slow, only one guy and nobody to help him, there was queue of 5 people at 8pm. Honestly speaking I’d expect something better from Wyndham group. Free parking but WiFi slow.”

Die Zimmer sind ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet – mit Kühlschrank, Nespresso-Maschine, TV und Klimaanlage hatte ich alles, was ich brauchte, und habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und lecker, besonders die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen waren ein tolles Highlight am Morgen. Die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft: direkter Blick auf den See, die Nähe zum Kloster mit Gärtnerei und dem gemütlichen...

“Beautiful little town and great central location on the Rhine. Overall our 3 night stay was good. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had good choices and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Of note, there is no elevator or assistance to bring up your bags. We were on the 2nd floor and it took some effort to get the bags up the stairs. There is also no staff to help with any issues after 6 pm. Not...
