Amenities for a completely carefree stay: Upon arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. A sparkling water maker and a fully automatic coffee machine—including coffee beans—are also at your disposal.
Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time as needed.

Important notes:
Dogs are permitted in this accommodation for a fee of 10 € per day per pet. Check-in and check-out are preferably on Saturday. Thanks to the key safe provided, a late arrival is no problem. Upon arrival, you will receive the Echt-Bodensee-Card, which grants you free travel by bus and train within the Bodensee-Oberschwaben Verkehrsverbund (bodo) area. Important note regarding parking:
Due to extensive renovations of the underground parking garage, the garage will be unavailable from 28.09.2026 to 21.05.2027. Loading and unloading directly at the property is still possible. We will provide you with a free parking pass for a public parking lot located approximately 900 m away (limited availability; parking space not guaranteed). Construction noise may occur on weekdays.
