This beautiful villa was built in 2020 in a quiet and secluded location that offers to its guests an ideal place for a relaxing vacation with their family or friends. It's fully equipped and offers a high level of comfort. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room and one bedroom with bathroom. The first floor has an additional three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and access to a balcony with beautiful views of the countryside and the sea in the distance. Guests of this extremely modern home have an indoor pool, a spa, a sauna and a wine cellar. In a beautifully landscaped courtyard you can find a summer kitchen with garden furniture, an outdoor swimming pool with shower and two parking spaces. The city center of Krk and the first beach is only 10 minutes away by car.
