Hotel vicino a Kruckeberg Botanic Garden - Seattle

“Motel doesn't have an ice machine by design. Also, no kleenex in room and no bath mat to keep from slipping in bath tub. Room had no decor. Desk clerk is quite helpful.”

“The property was organized, however the room itself could have used a deep cleaning. The floor in room seemed like it had not been swept, and bathroom tub was dirty, had dirt inside. Lastly one of the blankets had a stain on it.”

“The room was nice. It did feel like the floor slanted toward the bathroom which was odd. The staff was nice. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many items to choose from. I wish the coffee was a little stronger and would have liked half and half instead of little packets of creamer. The location was great for going into town, or catching the ferry. We will definitely stay again.”

“Hot water didn’t work, room smelled like smoke and floor was filthy. This area of Seattle is very rough and was a huge amount of drug usage/prostitution in/around hotel.”

“The property could have been good, but when they list that they serve breakfast and all they have is hot water w/tea and coffee, and muffins that were previously frozen and INEDIBLE. The worst I’ve ever tried. Still doesn’t count as breakfast. I asked for a napkin and they said they didn’t have one. No paper towels in the kitchen, nor did they have any utensils. Then, they had maintenance coming in to attend to cleaning the a/c vents, however, couldn’t say when that was happening. Not crazy...

“Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. Nice big tree during the flower blooming was very pleasant when we had our breakfast and nice path to the very beautiful park near the place. Also it was close to many great restaurants for dining and also enjoying...

“Property outside of house is unkempt, overgrown and not as advertised. No real access to backyard for use of patio or grilling.”

“The room was clean and as described, with a double bed and a shared bathroom adjacent (I believe the property has a room with a private bathroom as well). It is located in a quiet neighborhood. I was assigned the same parking spot as another guest. This might have been a typo, and I sorted it out with the other guest because he was leaving earlier than I was. The owner responded after a few hours giving me a different parking spot, but the matter was resolved by then. Recommended!”
