“The location and grounds were great! We had a little trouble finding some basic items - remotes, light switches. Having a binder with all the details would be very helpful (wifi passwords, codes, how to reach manager, where to put trash, check out procedures, etc). Our negative about the stay - we had multiple people come to the property while we were staying who did not introduce themselves and we weren't given awareness they would be coming, it overall gave as an uncomfortable feeling. “We had a full house. The kids loved the playscape but stayed mostly in the pool. The pool was dirty when we first arrived, but my son took care of that pretty quickly. The pool needs a lot of work. The tiles along the edges are falling off and the handrails to get into the pool are very loose. The house otself had plenty of room to accommodate everyone.
