Our new upstairs vacation apartment, “binnen un’ buten,” with a balcony and a view of the water, is located in the Grachtenpark, which was built in 2021. You’ll feel right at home in the bright living and dining area, which features an inviting sofa nook and a cozy leather armchair with a footstool. In addition to a TV, you’ll find a small selection of reading material and board games here. The central fireplace adds a cozy atmosphere to the apartment, especially during the colder months.

The kitchen area, with its comprehensive amenities, invites cooks of all levels—cooking and baking together is definitely encouraged here! And for the less-than-enjoyable task of doing the dishes, a dishwasher is available.

Meals are served in the dining area or on the balcony overlooking the canals. The dining area features a large table and comfortable chairs with plenty of space for the whole family. Or you can enjoy breakfast on the furnished balcony to start your vacation day in the morning sun.

Also on the upper floor is a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and an HD TV. Right next to it is the stylish bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower stall, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer.

You can reach the attic via a staircase from the living area. Here you’ll find another, smaller living area with its own HD TV, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and closets.

In the storage room, you’ll find not only the standard cleaning supplies but also a clothes rack, ironing board, and iron—we’ve discreetly built the washer/dryer combo into the kitchen unit.

The apartment also includes a parking space and a lockable storage shed with an electrical outlet for your bicycles. If needed, additional, non-assigned parking spaces are available at Grachtenpark I.

There is a shared dock that you can use, for example, to launch your own boat.

We can now offer charging stations for electric cars at the Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a fee based on usage); however, we cannot guarantee continuous or unlimited availability.

The Grachtenhüsje and Sielzeit accommodations are located in the same building; other accommodations in Grachtenpark I include An’t Grachten, Grachtenblick I, Grachtendrööm, GrachtenGlück, Grachtenrefugium, Haifisch, Hampton Huus, Zinnenhuus 1, and Zinnenhuus 2.

This accommodations are rented during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed check-out day.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled within the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. Its exclusive location right on the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town center with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbor. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing vacation by the water.

You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.
