"Utkiek" Vacation Apartment in Greetsiel (50 m² / 2–3 people)

The “Utkiek” vacation rental (approx. 50 m² / 2–3 people), lovingly furnished in a country house style, is located in a quiet part of Greetsiel, very close to the town center and the romantic fishing harbor.

This cozy attic apartment was renovated in early 2026. The light-colored walls and the laminate flooring with a warm oak finish create a pleasant living atmosphere.

Through the front door, a bright wooden staircase leads directly into the apartment. It features a small entryway from which you can access the individual rooms (living room / kitchen / bedroom with bathroom).
The fully equipped kitchen with dining area includes: a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop with oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, and an egg cooker. There is also a cozy nook here that serves as a sleeping area for a third person (mattress: 100 x 200 cm).
The living room features a cozy seating area. For your entertainment, you’ll find, for example, a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, a compact stereo system, and a small collection of games, including various card games. Wi-Fi with guest access (web browsing and email) is available free of charge. The built-in closet contains various cleaning supplies (broom, vacuum cleaner, etc.), as well as a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher.
The living room also opens onto the east-south-facing balcony, which is perfect for sunbathing from morning until evening.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 mattresses: 90 x 200 cm) with two nightstands and two bedside lamps. Numerous built-in compartments and closets are available for storing clothing.
The bedroom leads to the naturally lit bathroom with a shower. An (illuminated) mirror, a sink, and—once again—built-in wall compartments for storing your personal items round out the sense of comfort in the bathroom.

A parking space is available free of charge directly at the property (access via the street “Zur Hauener Hooge”).
The rooms in the apartment are currently equipped with folding doors (kitchen / living room / bathroom) or a sliding door (bedroom).
