“Siano stati bene a parte il responsabile dell'animazione Yaroslav molto molto maleducato”

“The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!”

“Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Nautilux. La struttura è moderna, elegante e molto curata in ogni dettaglio. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Il personale si è sempre dimostrato gentile, professionale e disponibile, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal nostro arrivo. Special mention to his Negroni, the only excellent Negroni that I could ever have outside of Italy.”

“Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...
