“Booked a deluxe room via hotel.com and photo shows shower area separate from toilet bowl area ie bathroom has a shower sliding door area. However, only executive room has this facility. Front desk staff was very helpful and management also decisive in giving us a discounted rate to upgrade to executive room. Thank you very much.
Room is clean. View is good. Breakfast is very minimum. Simple breakfast with no fruits and salad. ”

“This is a brand new property with an official opening on the 1st May 26 operated by the Ascot Group. General staff are most helpful and ready to attend to your queries however limited.
Our first assigned room on the 13th Floor overlooking the golf course was perfect except for the smell coming from the bathroom. A request for a change of room was done expeditiously and the rest of the stay was pleasant. ”

“It's an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, it's at 7-10 mins from Tanah Rata, if you are traveling by bus, it would be advised to stay at the Center, in this place you have to take taxi every time You want to go out.
It has a Laundry downstairs, 7eleven and other services.”
