“Staff are friendly n helpful ”

“The hotel needs a deep cleaning and renovation. A/C worked and we had hot water in the bathroom. Other than that the hotel was not well mantained/organized.”

“False advertisement”

“Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. “The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms.”

“sedap hotel ni dekat dengan restoran，kedai dan sebagainya. senang nak ke mana mana. katilnya besar dan selesa. pekerja hotel ramah mesra. tandas pun bersih. hawa dingin sangat sejuk”

“The rooms need to be refurbished, Breakfast was ok. Toilet doors need some attention. I suppose if it is for a short stay, then you can put up with it. Stayed for 1 night”

“Excellent location walking distance to all amenities, very friendly service, ample free parking, highly recommend”

“Nice hotel in the center of Brinchang, clean and tidy. Everybody is nice and the place is lovely. Highly suggested.”
