“I did not stay there, as I could not get into the property. I reached the property around 7pm. No one passed me the keys, nobody helped me. The owner's phone is not in used anymore. I tried call the Malaysian help line but was told to call again during office hour! I planned to start the journey on Friday morning, but in the end I left my house around 3pm as I could not get the confirmation from your side. There was one lady assure that somebody will help me when I reach the property. I...

“very very very dirty ... convenient location if you need to stay near the airport. True that it has cheap prices but the cleaning is really very poor ... hairs, stains and streaks on all the towels, sheets and pillows, I can't define it as comfortable”
