Very Disappointing Stay – Convenient Location, But Not Worth the Hassle
Unfortunately, our stay at Axon Residence was quite disappointing. The biggest inconvenience was having to change apartments after only two nights, which was extremely disruptive and made the stay far less comfortable than expected.
The building itself was also incredibly busy. Getting in and out was often unpleasant, with very crowded lifts, a busy reception area, and an extremely crowded pool. At times, simply entering or leaving the building felt like a hassle, which really took away from the experience of staying in what should be a comfortable residence.
Communication was another issue. Responses were not always clear or timely, which made dealing with the apartment change and other matters more frustrating than necessary.
The one major positive is the location. It is very conveniently situated close to two of Kuala Lumpur’s main shopping malls, Pavilion and TRX, making it easy to access shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Overall, while the location is good, the inconvenience of changing apartments, the overcrowding throughout the building, and the poor communication made this a disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.
