D one met you at Lobby is not our concierge Staff. Instead it's our operation manager Kenny. Yes. Your arrival is at 2am+. Without prior notifying of your midnight arrival. Kenny still waiting for you at Lobby to assist you with d check in. Even He had explained to you patiently abt d policy of Rm300 deposit. You are d one who scolded him repeatedly in front of your family. Kenny left no options but only tried to calm you down. After few attempts of explaination & even giving you other option, you insisted dat you are not interested to check in anymore. Pls be honest when you tell your story timeline. Kenny had Shown enough professionalism upon your late night check in. We deserved a better attitude from you. Don't forget that we assigned someone waiting for your arrival patiently during 2am+ midnight. We couldn't believe you never appreciate our effort on servicing you. D experience was so bad with you as well as dis is d 1st time we come across so bad attitude guest. Pls be informed dat we had filed official complaint to Hotels.com.

Our beddings r listed on your reservation. It's queen size beds on each room. And queen size sofa bed at d living room. We provide more than enough beddings for your family size. But We knew dat you bring in more visitors during your stay. And dis is d 1st time we heard abt d noise issue of running lifts. We really doubt Dat you can hear d noise from d running lifts cos our apartment walls r built of concrete not wood.If you could mention to us abt d issues u faced We r more than happy to cater to your needs. Your Booking is 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom apartment. And we have listed out our beddings in your reservation. It's queen size beds in each room & d queen size sofa bed in d living room. So we don't see any issue regarding d beddings. D only problem u faced is you come in a bigger Group. That's why u r not comfortable enough in your stay. Rgds d Rm300 deposit, It's clearly stated in your reservation dat we'l collect d security deposit upon check in. And we have served few thousands guests So far. No issue abt d security deposit too.Btw, you are d 1st guest raising issue abt d lifts. We doubt that you can hear any noise from d running lifts at anytime.
