E staffs as always were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in trying to ease e fear o what few guests that remain; all this while knowing they are going through “work closure” and uncertainties o eir own. The Chef n DM also had walk about during bf n interacted w e guests to allay our anxieties
Bosco, Nina, Jib, DM Rajesh n many others i don’t name here went beyond in those times to ensure guests were comfortable and taken care of, assist in securing transport and provide information during e initial onset. Been here a few times n will come agn once things get well.
