Overall very nice hotel. Definitely a place I would reconsider staying again. Only downside is that there isn’t much located within walking distance.

I was drugged at meals at the hotel. Noxious smells were piped into both different rooms I stayed in. I left the hotel 1 day earlier than expected as a result.

入住和退房体验都算快,房间也算舒适,自助餐餐食也很不多,外出的话必须打车或者做摆渡车去最近的商场,房间里不锈钢的元素,建议提升一下,其他都OK

Worst “Birthday stay” experience!
The check-in date was my birthday and I noted in my reservation comments that it was a "birthday stay", but never once during check-in or during my stay did the staff mention my birthday. This was far below what I would have expected from a 5 star hotel with such poor staff service. Also, even though I clearly confirmed to the front desk staff upon check-in that I was staying "two nights," at the end of the first night stay, the staff opened the room door and rudely asked me "When will you check out?”. I informed the staff that I had told at the reception when checking-in that I would be staying two nights. Then the male staff left without saying any single apologies for opening the door without my permission or for not properly managing my reservation info. This hotel may be a 5 star "building" but the level of service from the front line staff is not up to that standard at all.

Bad Location, Average Service & Very Deceiving!
Very disappointing to say the least. The only positive about this hotel is the room size. The rest of the hotel is well below average. Very stale and unwelcoming! Compared to other 5 star hotels we've been to in KL, this hotel feels like they are working on a very stringent budget due to lack of staffs looking after the guests, limited options for breakfast and very stingy with the amenities ie shampoos, conditioners, shower gel etc. Location of the hotel is away from any shops or convenience stores and restaurants which made it very inconvenience for us guests. Thank goodness for the Food Panda Delivery! Although it was stated in their website that they offer a free shuttle service 2x daily to Mid Valley Megamall, but upon check in when we inquired, we were told that service is no longer provided, however they have failed to update us upon booking. This is very deceiving. We will definitely not stay here again!

The experience with the front desk wasn’t as pleasant. Lack of that welcoming vibe. Thank you to the concierge team for trying to open the door for us each time. Overall room is okay.

Upon reaching the lobby, a staff quickly approached us and assisted us with our bags. Check-in was smooth, the lift leading up to our room was also fast; we did not have to walk far or wait long or change lifts to get to our room. We received our bags in less than 5 mins on arrival to our room. Room was clean however housekeeping wasn't up to standard. Only the first time that housekeeping was done, the room was in excellent condition. On our 3rd and 2nd last day, the housekeeper did not help to throw our rubbish (we bagged the rubbish properly in a corner near the door). Despite not needing a top-up of the coffee/tea/sugar/creamer, housekeeper kept providing us with so much of that. And our coffee/water area was so messy with a huge pile of so many drink sachets that we did not need. Housekeeping NEEDS IMPROVEMENT because the standard was unfortunately really poor. It's like they were reluctant to clean the room for us. Check out was also a smooth process. Free parking was also provided. Reception counters and lobby staff were very courteous and polite. Overall not that bad, aside from the housekeeping.
