“Overall it was a great stay for us. We enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the room and hotels. However, please improve the breakfast options and hygiene as well as the staff’s sop. I think the foods are so repetitive in daily basis and barely got refilled till we had to ask the staff few times. “A perfect mountain retreat. The hotel is in a beautiful location, between the mountains and a golf course. The service was always very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very spacious with all the comforts. Recommended.”

“I wish we stayed longer! There was so much that this resort has to offer! We came late due to the flight, but we got to experience their many pools, the hot tub/cave sauna, the acupuncture stones. How we wish to see their mini town, slides and zoo! What I also like about this resort is that they provide insect repellant/lotion that keeps the bugs away from you and that really helped with our comfortability there. The only downside was the breakfast food. I wish they had more Malay dishes for...

“Our family of three only stayed for one night, but we would have been comfortable on a longer stay. Wendy and Jason were superb communicators and were very helpful with a later checkout when we made the request a day ahead. The apartment is well-furnished, including flip-flops for use in the bathrooms. Check-in, as well as everything else, was clearly explained and the process was a breeze. We would highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, convenience and great hosts.”
