“Out of nowhere. Impossible to get a driver to take us out for dinner. Food was really bad. We were only one of two rooms booked, so that might be why they didn’t really into serving us well. Hotel was no help for a driver as well which was a bit frustrating. Nice pool though. Rooms were decent. ”

“My wife and I and my wife's sister stayed in one of the 2-BR villas at Dusun Bedugul Asri in September 2025. We were very satisfied with our stay there. We went to the area because we wanted to see the Bali Botanical Garden, which is nearby. It was a bit too far to walk, but the hotel quickly arranged a good driver for us. “Pool was great. Utama is not wall to wall marble. Very friendly and in a good area for small bars etc.”

“We stayed here in April, it was a beautiful property and so peaceful. Perfect for a relaxed retreat. We enjoyed a couples massage and just relaxed by the pool. You will need transportation to get around as its not walking distance to the center. But amazing place to just unwind.”
