The Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg vacation home is located on a large lot in the center of Kühlungsborn-West, right next to the city forest. Built in the seaside resort architectural style, the Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg has been lovingly restored and expanded and now offers space for 9 individually designed vacation apartments. All apartments feature a terrace or balcony. Of course, the apartments are equipped with towels and bed linens so you can enjoy your vacation from the very first minute. In our spacious garden area, we offer seating and a children’s play area, among other amenities, as well as plenty of space to relax or socialize.If you’d rather get active, feel free to use our fitness room for calisthenics or endurance training.

To ensure that even a chilly day at the Baltic Sea can be spent in warmth, a separate sauna building is at your disposal.

Our Welle vacation apartment for 2 people is located on the 1st floor of the Ostsee-Domizil Sandburg and is easily accessible via our elevator. The apartment features hardwood floors and comfortable underfloor heating.

The cozy living room opens onto a modern, fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes; on the adjoining balcony, you can enjoy the evening sun. Wi-Fi and internet-enabled flat-screen TVs are standard in every room; the spacious bedroom with a large built-in closet and a box-spring bed, as well as the beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, complete the modern Welle vacation apartment.
You can park your car safely and securely in the underground parking garage on the neighboring property.
